Ship Name: The Revenge

Ship Design: TBD

Credits: TBD

Your Characters Role: Captain

Style of Ship: Top of the line Wasp class heavy cargo cruiser complete with self-defense weaponry and two gunship/shuttles. Upper hull plating includes chameleon circuits to visually mimic surrounding terrain when dirtside.

Role play style: Mix of character interaction and action scenes involving various, nefarious individuals and groups that would be in need of discrete transportation (smuggling)

Style of Narration: Narrated by maldrul

Captain: Jon Wilkes (played by maldrul)
First Mate: Willie Crisp (NPC played by maldrul)
Cook: (can be double duty with any other crew position)
Comms / Cortex Expert:
Ship weapons officer:
Shuttle pilot(s):
Shuttle gunner(s): (can be double duty with security or deck hand)
Surgeon: (proficiency with battle wounds)
Nurse: (can double duty with any other crew position except Captain and First Mate)
Security: 'Jolly' MacTavish, Winston Burkhart, 'Mojo' Marley (NPCs played by maldrul)
Deck hand(s):

History: Commissioned by Jon Wilkes in 2506 as a weapons smuggling ship intended to supply heavy arms to the rebels during the Unification War, he had the ship refitted right after the war to accommodate passengers as well as cargo. No expense was spared in it's initial construction therefore it has a full complement of state-of-the-art onboard weapons for self-defense and includes two highly maneuverable gunships useful as escorts and shuttlecraft. The upper hull includes the ability to visually mimic surrounding terrain to hide the ship while dirtside.

The set up: After a particularly bad end to a contract, Cap'n Jon has to replace most of his crew before he can set sail again. I have 3 possible story lines I'd like to pursue initially:

'Grave robbers' have stolen an alien artifact from an archaeological dig on a remote planet and hire my ship to transport it to the intended buyer. The artifact activates while on board and wreaks havoc.

Another subject of the project River was in escapes and is trying to return to their family who had moved out to The Rim to avoid the Blue Sun operatives. This subject is not just telepathic but can actually inject thoughts into others brains. However, they are not in complete control of it. The crew starts to experience nightmares.

A couple (or family) are living on a Rim planet under Alliance witness protection when they find out that their Alliance 'handler' has been paid off by the crooks that they fingered so they flee to try and avoid being murdered and notify Alliance higher ups about their problem.

Crew Capacity: Medium to large crew (all open positions to be filled by NPCs played by maldrul or other high PC count players)

We would like to open this ship up first to newer players who have 3 or less PCs. We are tight on room here at TVO and want to make sure newer folks have some place to play. We will open it up to others afterwards, if needed.
